<\/p>\nThe forward is set to play in her first season of the W-League competition with the Wanderers after honing her craft in the National Premier League Women\u2019s competition and US College System with William Carey University.<\/p>\n
Head coach Catherine Cannuli welcomed Gallagher to the club.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe welcome Sheridan to the club for the upcoming 2021\/22 season and look forward to watching her continue to grow and develop at the club,\u201d said Cannuli.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt is very important that we continue to give young footballers the opportunity to be part of our W-League set-up and as we have seen over the last few seasons, their development has seen them earn starting positions at the club.\u201d<\/p>\n

Gallagher said she was excited for her first W-League season.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am excited to have my first W-League contract with the Wanderers. All my hard-work has paid off and I am looking forward to playing and training with the team,\u201d said Gallagher.<\/p>\n
\u201cFrom watching the Wanderers play, I know that they are a hard-working, cohesive and professional team.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am expecting the level of training and playing to be a step-up from the National Premier League Women\u2019s.<\/p>\n
