The Philippine Football Federation (PFF) has officially released the list of players called up for the Philippine Women\u2019s National Football Team (PWNFT) ahead of the November 2025 training camp, the team\u2019s final major preparation window before the 2025 Southeast Asian Games in December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The training camp, which will run from November 23 to December 2, also serves as part of the buildup for the Filipinas\u2019 campaign in the 2026 AFC Women\u2019s Asian Cup next march.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Filipinas are grouped against reigning gold medalist Vietnam, silver medalist Myanmar, and Malaysia in the SEA Games women\u2019s football tournament in Thailand that will kick off on December 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PFF President John Anthony Gutierrez reaffirmed the Federation\u2019s strong support for the Filipinas\u2019 campaign. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe team has shown consistency, maturity, and a fighting spirit that continues to inspire Filipino fans everywhere. This camp is an essential part of ensuring that the Filipinas enter the SEA Games and the Asian Cup with the best possible preparation,\u201d Gutierrez said. \u201cWe remain committed to giving this team the resources and stability it needs to compete at the highest level.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Filipinas head coach Mark Torcaso emphasized the importance of this training block for both team selection and long-term development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThis is a really exciting window for us as it\u2019s our preparation window going into the SEA Games. We\u2019ve got a nice big squad to select from to attend the SEA Games and we\u2019ll use this camp as an opportunity to fine-tune that and pick the best available 23 for the SEA Games,\u201d Torcaso said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He also welcomed the return of striker Sarina Bolden, who rejoins the camp following an injury layoff. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt\u2019s also really great to have Sarina come back into camp after her absence with injury and we\u2019ll work through her rehab and her processes to bring her back to play as soon as possible,\u201d he noted. \u201cUnfortunately, she won\u2019t be ready for the SEA Games but our goal is to have her ready for the Asian Cup.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Torcaso added that the camp gives opportunities to several rising talents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThere\u2019s also a number of young players that feature in this team that haven\u2019t had much opportunity in the last few months because of unavailability due to university commitments and we look forward to seeing them with a really strong team available considering it\u2019s outside of the FIFA window,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe plan to go there and make the final games and bring home a medal. I\u2019m really excited by this group and this team that we\u2019re bringing and we\u2019re looking forward to making the country proud.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
